By using, copying, transmitting, distributing or installing PicoZip Recovery
Tool, you agree to all the terms of this License. If you do not agree to any
of the terms of this License, do not use, copy, transmit, distribute, or
install PicoZip Recovery Tool.

PicoZip Recovery Tool is free software. Subject to the terms below, you are
hereby licensed by Softchitect to use this software without charge.

You may distribute copies of this version of PicoZip Recovery Tool to anyone,
provided it is not modified in any way. You are free to include copies of this
version of PicoZip Recovery Tool on CD-ROM or any other media providing that
you do NOT charge the end-users for the software, and that you inform us at
sales@picozip.com describing when and how you wish to distribute the software.
You may not repackage or make alterations to any file in the original PicoZip
Recovery Tool distribution. You are strictly prohibited from charging or
requesting any form of payment, for any copies, however made, without prior
written permission from Softchitect. Softchitect reserves the right to revoke
the above distribution rights at any time.

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,
disassemble, reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset
of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such
unauthorized use may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

This software, and all accompanying files, data and materials, are distributed
"AS IS" and without warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied. In
no event shall Softchitect, or its principals, shareholders, officers,
employees, affiliates, contractors, subsidiaries, or parent organizations, be
liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever
relating to the use of PicoZip Recovery Tool, or your relationship with
Softchitect.

In addition, in no event does Softchitect authorize you to use PicoZip Recovery
Tool in applications or systems where PicoZip Recovery Tools failure to
perform can reasonably be expected to result in a significant physical injury,
or in loss of life. Any such use by you is entirely at your own risk, and you
agree to hold Softchitect harmless from any claims or losses relating to such
unauthorized use.

This Agreement is the complete statement of the Agreement between the parties
on the subject matter, and merges and supersedes all other or prior
understandings, purchase orders, agreements and arrangements.

All rights of any kind in PicoZip Recovery Tool which are not expressly granted
in this License are entirely and exclusively reserved to and by Softchitect.
You may not rent, lease, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile,
disassemble or create derivative works based on PicoZip Recovery Tool. You may
not make access to PicoZip Recovery Tool available to others in connection with
a service bureau, application service provider, or similar business, or use
PicoZip Recovery Tool in a business to provide archive file password recovery
services to others.
